BL Design Rate Card
The
following are our "rack" rates for various services. As you might expect
rates are negotiable on a project-by-project basis. Please contact us for a specific quote for
your project. All rates are hourly unless otherwise noted.
Contract
terms are generally 50% up front and payment in full upon completion and
acceptance by the customer. For project
analysis and specification prior to a formal contract, terms are negotiable but
generally we expect a retainer paid in advance.

- Software testing $65 - $85
- Software implementation
(programming) $85 - $100
- Software design and
architecture $125
- Database design and
architecture $125 - $150
- Project analysis and
specification development $150
- On-site work $1500 per day
plus expenses
- Travel time $50 (for site
visits more than one hour away and less than one day)
